Instructions:


1. Marinate the Meat:

   - In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients together.

2. Cook the Meat:

   - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

   - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

   - Roll the bread tightly around the filling, wrap it in parchment paper or foil, and enjoy your homemade shawarma!
